We may also use the Information we collect to respond to any of your requests or to address communications to you or your company. We may also use the Information to provide, maintain and improve our Site and/or the services we offer and to provide customer support.
When you request information through this website, we may need to know some personal information about you. When e-mailing us, or soliciting for information we need your e-mail address, name and other limited personal identifiers, typically name and contact number. Where you request employment related services or products we will usually need limited data about personal identifiers, education, employment, family, and financial details. Subject to the provisions of this Privacy Policy, we will not use your personal data for a purpose for which you have not given us your consent. You may choose to give this consent in advance by indicating so in the ‘opt-in’ box at the point that personal data is initially collected. Having given your consent to the use of your personal data for a particular purpose you may revoke that consent at any time by sending an e-mail to [email protected] or letter addressed to 14 Hurricane St, Marina Del Rey, CA 90292.

Cookies, Other Tracking Technologies and Usage
By placing a small file known as a “cookie” on your computer, mobile phone or other device, WFB and its third party service providers may gather information about your use of our website.
A “cookie” is a small data file transferred by a website to your computer’s hard drive. WFB sends cookies when you register, surf our site, request information, or register yourself for certain services. Accepting the cookies used on our website does not give us access to your personal information, but we may use the cookies to identify your computer. Cookies are typically classified as either “session” cookies or “persistent” cookies.
“Session” cookies do not stay on your computer after you leave our website or close your browser. We use “session cookies” to provide key functionality on the website and to allow us to analyze traffic to the site and improve the level of service we provide to all website visitors.
“Persistent” cookies are those that remain on your computer. They are only used on our website if you register for the site and help us to improve the level of service we offer you. For example, a persistent cookie allows you to enter your password only once on the site, rather than on every web page where log-in is required. The user can manually remove “Persistent” cookies at any point.
Most browsers automatically accept cookies by default, but you may be able to refuse cookies or selectively accept certain cookies by adjusting the preferences in your browser. If you turn off cookies, there may be some features of our site that will not be available to you and some pages on the website may not display properly.
Th information obtained from cookies may be used for purposes such as market research, data collection and analysis, website optimization, maintenance of user login information and analytics. The information that we and our third party service providers track with cookies may include, by way of example and not limitation, the type of browser (such as Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge or Firefox) and Internet-connected device being used to access the System, your Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, Internet service provider and/or your home domain, the URL for the website that you were viewing prior to visiting our Website, how you were directed to our Website, which specific pages you accessed on our website, the time spent on each page, the time and date you accessed our Website, and the total number of visitors to our Website. We may also use your IP address to determine the general physical location of your computer, mobile phone or other device to understand the geographic locations our Website visitors come.
Other companies help us with various aspects of our business, such as site operations, services, applications, advertisements, and tools. We use authorized service providers to analyze and improve our Site and marketing efforts. These service providers may also place cookies on your device via our Site (third-party cookies). They may also collect information that helps them identify your device, such as IP-address, or other unique or device identifiers. Third-party cookies are covered by the third parties’ privacy policy.
We may disclose aggregate data derived from Personal Information, which does not include unique identifiers, to actual or potential strategic partners, advertisers, customers, investors, and others. You may not opt out of the sharing of this information.
Cookies can be disabled or removed by tools that are available in most popular Internet browsers. The preferences for each Internet browser you use will need to be set separately and different Internet browsers offer different functionality and options. However, setting your browser to reject cookies may, in certain instances, prevent you from taking full advantage of our Website or cause some features of our Website to not function as intended or more slowly.
Opting out of our first-party advertising-related cookies, or out of third-party advertising-related cookies or other technologies as described herein, does not necessarily mean that you will not see advertising — only that this advertising will not be targeted to you through the use of first-party or third-party cookies or related technologies.
Disclosure of Information
Except as set forth in this Privacy Policy, we do not sell or disclose your Personal Information to anyone. In addition to disclosure of information described elsewhere herein, we may share Personal Information for the following limited purposes:

We also may disclose personally identifiable information you provide via our Website to third parties that are not affiliates, but only:

(iii) to respond to law enforcement requests or where required by applicable laws, court orders, government regulations or judicial process.
(iv) enforce our conditions of use or other agreements; protect the rights, property, or safety of WFB, our employees or third parties.
Additionally, we may disclose Personal Information to other companies or persons we employ or engage to perform tasks on our behalf. If we share your Personal Information with such companies or persons it would be only as necessary for them to help us provide services. We, our business partners, and the aforesaid third party service providers may also produce reports and aggregate statistics about the visitors to our Website, including reports on the Website’s traffic or usage patterns, and share these statistics and reports with our affiliates, business partners, or others, but the information contained in these statistics and reports will be anonymous and will not include any information that identifies you.
The collection, use, and disclosure of information contemplated in this Privacy Policy may involve a transfer of the information to jurisdictions located outside your country of residence that may not have equivalent laws and rules regarding personally identifiable information. When a user turns on a Do Not Track signal, their browser typically sends a message to websites requesting it not track the user. At this time, the Website does not recognize or respond to Do Not Track browser settings or signals and we will still receive information. As a result, we may still collect information about you and your internet activity even if you have turned on the Do Not Track signal.
